Dr Noffar Bar is an Assistant Professor of Medicine (Hematology) at Yale School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital and her fellowship at Yale. She received her medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine New York State/American Program of Tel Aviv University.

She is an expert in hematological complications of Gaucher disease. She has co-authored several papers on how Gaucher lipids trigger the development of myeloma.

Dr Bar is dedicated to improving treatments for myeloma patients through innovative clinical trials. Additionally, she is a medical educator and a member of the Classical Hematology Disease team at Yale. Dr Bar believes in promoting high-value care for hematology patients.
